The City of Arvin has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the Franklin Street Rehabilitation Project. Interested parties that wish to respond to this RFQ must contact the City Engineer via email (aojeda@arvin.org) prior to the submittal deadline to become an official RFQ holder in order to provide a valid response to this RFQ.
